Dry Dust Filtration/Filter Bags

Dust collector filter bags are a type of filtration media used in industrial dust collection systems to capture and remove particulate matter from the air. These bags are designed to fit inside dust collectors and effectively filter out dust, debris, and other airborne particles generated during various industrial processes.

Dust Collector Filter Bags for More Product Recovery and lowest Emission

  • With a variety of dry filter dust collector bags, we ensure that our customers’ production processes create the lowest possible air pollution and maximum product recovery while optimizing resources.
  • We provide immediate access to our customers, which provides a unique level of responsiveness, on-site quality and service helping to ensure continuous production.
  • Our main function is the sustainable reduction of air pollution caused by harmful substances. With a view to a clean environment for tomorrow and our ecological responsibility, we develop, produce and market products and solutions for industrial filtration.

Fabric Filtration phenomena and Dust collector Systems

  • ■ Fabric Filtration phenomena and Dust collector Systems.
  • ■ Several different types of particulate control devices are available to reduce emission including fabric filters, electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) and scrubbers.
  • ■ Bag house being used in many industries (steel, cement, pharmaceutical, chemical, metal working, municipal waste incinerators & coal fired boilers).
  • ■ Fabric filter is used because of its collection efficiency for all sized particles.
  • ■ For new environmental regulations fabric filters are more suitable to arrest fine particles.

Bag House Inspection Support
  • ■ 1) Inspection/Maintenance Program: A typical program consists of a schedule for periodic inspections that are performed on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual basis. When a baghouse is not periodically inspected, the effectiveness of its operation can be adversely affected. Subsequently, the baghouse may not meet the outlet emissions specified on an EPA operating permit, As a convenience, we have included in this check list an "Inspection Log" for the differ.
  • ■ 2) Pressure Drop: Pressure drop, or differential pressure, is the amount of static resistance experienced when operating a positive or negative pressure baghouse.
  • ■ 3) Cleaning System: Any method used by the equipment to dislodge accumulated dust cake from the filter media is its cleaning system.
